Patrick Getz
Mr. Getz has an MBA, is a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) and has over 20 years of project management, procurement, system integration, business process analysis & engineering, requirements analysis and strategic planning experience. He has implemented the primary investment systems for the California Public Employees’ Retirement System including BlackRock Aladdin for fixed income, Charles River for equity trading and MSCI-Barra for risk management. Mr. Getz has extensive experience in COTS integration, vendor management and service delivery.
Daniel Douglas
Daniel Douglas is a business and marketing professional with experience in product management, project management, and business intelligence and analytics. He has supported complex initiatives in technology-focused organizations, working across teams to improve communication, reporting, and execution. His background includes translating business needs into clear priorities, using data to inform decisions, and helping organizations move strategic projects forward with confidence. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Marketing with an emphasis in Product Management from Utah Valley University’s Woodbury School of Business and brings a practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving and client support.
Heath Andreasen
Heath Andreasen is a supply chain and operations professional with experience in technology manufacturing, operational analytics, and organizational planning. He previously worked at Intel coordinating demand and supply across global manufacturing and sales teams while managing inventory, backlog, and operational data used to guide business decisions. He also served as a data steward at Intel, developing analytics and reporting systems that supported millions of dollars in quarterly demand planning and improved the clarity and reliability of operational data for decision makers. Heath holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business and has also built and operated small businesses, bringing a practical perspective to complex operational and policy challenges.
Madison Rasmussen
With an MBA from UVU and a background spanning leadership consulting and software product management, Mrs. Rasmussen bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution. During her tenure as Marketing and Design Lead at Skdaddle, Event Management with FranklinCovey, and Polynesian Culture Center, she spearheaded the development of diverse SaaS products and custom web applications. She is dedicated to driving growth through intentional design and streamlined software management.
Spencer Hodson
Spencer Hodson is the President of Pyramid Technical Consultants, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction, growth initiatives, and client partnerships. Spencer brings a background in business strategy, finance, and transactions, with experience advising organizations on acquisitions, capital formation, and long-term growth. As President, he is focused on building a modern consulting platform that combines deep project management expertise with innovative technology solutions to support government modernization efforts.
